Our accommodations include private bedrooms, shared living spaces, and outdoor areas for relaxation and recreation.

New Chapter Residence offers structured independent living accommodations designed to provide comfort, stability, and a safe environment for individuals and families in transition.

We provide a variety of housing options to meet different needs, including:

• Private Rooms – Ideal for individuals seeking personal space and privacy within a structured living environment 
• Shared Rooms – Affordable, community-based living with a focus on accountability and support 
• Mama Bear Rooms – Specially designed spaces for mothers with children, offering a more accommodating and family-friendly setup while maintaining structure and safety 

All of our homes are fully furnished and include access to essential amenities such as:

• Utilities included 
• WiFi access 
• Clean and maintained common areas 
• Kitchen and dining access 
• On-site laundry access 
• Secure, monitored environments 

Our residences are intentionally structured to promote:

• Stability 
• Respectful shared living 
• Personal growth and accountability 

New Chapter Residence is not a traditional rental program. We operate as a structured independent living program, providing housing with expectations, support, and a clear path toward long-term stability.

.Our team is available 24/7 to support residents with daily living needs and personal care. Staff are trained in Domestic Violence Awareness, ensuring a safe, trauma-informed, and supportive environment for all residents. 

New Chapter Residence provides structured independent living for a diverse population, including:

• Adult Women (18 and older) 
• Adult Men (18 and older) 
• Individuals transitioning from homelessness or housing instability 
• Re-entry individuals returning to the community 
• Medically stable disabled adults 
• Clients receiving state, county, or agency assistance 
• Private pay and self-pay residents 

To ensure a safe and successful living environment, all residents must meet the following:

• Low-risk status 
• Ability to live independently 
• Medically stable (no need for skilled nursing or 24-hour care) 
• Able to manage activities of daily living independently or with minimal assistance 
• Willing to follow house rules, payment terms, and program expectations 

To maintain a safe and structured environment, we are unable to accommodate individuals who:

• Require 24-hour medical care or skilled nursing services 
• Pose a high safety risk to themselves or others 
• Are actively using illegal substances or engaging in substance abuse 
• Require constant supervision or behavioral intervention 
• Are unwilling to comply with program rules and expectations 

• New Chapter Residence is a Structured Independent Living Program, not an assisted living facility 
• Housing is provided in gender-specific or designated homes 
• Placement is based on availability and intake approval 
• Most locations include utilities, furnishings, and WiFi
